ZINK sulphate is produced by the action of sulphuric acid on zink ores. The zink ore is leached water with sulphuric acid will be taken in Mixing tank and apply gentle heat up 85o c. The resulting zink sulphate solution is allowed to settle and filtered to obtain a clear solution.

The solution is sent evaporators and then to crystallizers to form crystalline zink sulphate (ZNSO4).The crystals are allowed to drain and may be dried by centrifuge then Final product zink sulphate is packing in HDP bag.
